Woods' opponent says he's 'beatable,' as is everyone else
Tiger Woods must be mellowing with age. When Gonzalo Fernandez-Castano, who faces Woods in the opening round Wednesday, said his opponent is "beatable," Woods didn't seem the least bit bothered.

One To Remember
Jbe Kruger of South Africa won his first European Tour title on Sunday, protecting his overnight lead by shooting a 3-under 69 for a two-shot victory at the Avantha Masters. The 25-year-old Kruger made four birdies and overcame a bogey on the 17th to finish with 14-under total of 274. Full Story.
Long Distance
Bill Haas made the biggest putt of them all Sunday at Riviera -- the putt that won the Northern Trust Open. Haas closed with a 2-under 69 and wound up in a three-way playoff when Phil Mickelson made a birdie putt from just outside 25 feet on the 18th hole, and PGA champion Keegan Bradley joined him with a 12-foot birdie putt.
